Kampala Serena Hotel

High class business hotel, with all amenities possible. Very nice pool. Very nice routines to serve the comfort of the guests. We found a baby cot in the room, as requested. Very supportive and friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and in a very pleasant environment. The staff are friendly and helpful particularly the concierge. The facilities at the hotel are good and the restaurant meals are of a high standard in the buffet style restaurant and bar. Overall a hotel to be recommended!
